Apple has pushed an update to its developer version of its latest firmware for iPhone 4, iPhone 3G/3GS and iPod Touch. This is an update to the iOS 4.1 first beta released 2 weeks ago. Both the firmware and SDK are available from the iPhone Developer Center.
What’s new in iOS 4.1 Beta 2 ?
- Fixed signal bars
- New baseband [02.07.01]
- Game Center updated with a new look
- Repositioned Camera Switch and Flash buttons in landscape mode
- You can now choose to add Favorite as voice or FaceTime
- Spell Check can be turned off in Settings
- FaceTime and Game Center Parental Controls

iOS 4.1 beta 2 is also expected to solve proximity sensor issues as announced by Steve Jobs at the iPhone 4 Press conference a few weeks ago.
