Download and Save High Quality Facebook Videos
Facebook hosts some of the quality videos available on the internet, uploaded by the users but it doesn’t allow users to download or export videos from facebook. The videos once viewed completely, are automatically downloaded to temporary files in any browser. The problem occurs when one has to search for the video from the temporary files.
For Internet Explorer, after watching full video on facebook, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Head over to Tools>>Internet Options>>Settings>>View Files.
- Search for the files with larger size. Since the videos will be with unknown names and file types as is the case with temporary files.
- Move these files to another folder and rename the file type to .flv
- Play the video using FLV player.
Follow the similar procedure to retrieve the video from temporary files in any browser!

For Firefox, there is a simpler way to download the videos from facebook. Firefox users need to install a Greasemonkey Facebook video script from userscripts.org or install the Facebook Video firefox Add-on which has been derived from the script itself. Here is how your video will look after the installation of Add-on or script.
