Woke up this morning to see the reduced Facebook font-size. At once I checked the resolution settings on my system, but it was Facebook only who switched to smaller font for the news feed. Although the news feed looks a bit cleaner than before, but its a little difficult to view it properly.
Here’s the present/new Facebook Font Size:
Most of the users are furious to see the changes, its not acceptable. Especially for those on big screen monitors, its almost impossible to read (no you’re not on drugs! its the new font).
And in case you do want to strain your eyes, here something you should do:
How to get back the Old Facebook Font Size?
Although the change in font size is aimed at a cleaner interface, but if you don’t like the new font size you can get back the original font size with a simple add-on. Here’s how the above image looked like a day ago or, after using the Add-on.
Old Facebook Font Size:
A simple Greasemonkey script named Facebook font-size changer helps you get back the old Facebook font.
Firefox Users: Install the Greasemonkey Add-on first from here and next you need to install the script from below.
Google Chrome Users: You do not need any extension for the script to work. Directly click on Install and allow the action.
Install the script on Firefox and Google Chrome from Userscripts.
The script has not been tested with Opera and is not recommended to use with IE. Let me know if you have any alternatives to it.

I wrote up an alternative for those who aren’t using Greasemonkey, with advice for those on Safari, Opera and IE too – instructions vary for each browser but are fairly simple to follow! http://www.fuzzylime.co.uk/news/littlegreenblog/a_facebook_fix__get_the_old_style_of_home_page_back/
