At WWDC 2010, Steve Jobs unveiled the smartphone of the future, the iPhone 4. If you are in love with it, then you can pre-order it online from next week onwards, while sales begin from 24 June.
iPhone 4 buyers will have to pay $199 for 16 GB and $299 for the 32 GB model. Available in both black and white, AT&T will start selling the slimmest smartphone from 24th June. Along with this, AT&T will be giving some grace upgrading time of upto 6 months! iPhone 3G will be discontinued while iPhone 3GS will cost $99.

AT&T customers whose current iPhone contract expires any time in 2010 will be able to upgrade early. As Jobs said:
“I’m thrilled to announce AT&T is going to make an incredibly generous upgrade offer. If your contract expires any time in 2010, you are immediately eligible for a new iPhone 4 at the same 199 or 299 prices if you top up your contract 2 years.”
This comes as a real good news for AT&T customers! There is no information on other carriers yet.
iPhone 4 pre-orders will begin on 15th June in US and 4 other countries France, Germany, UK and Japan, followed by 18 more countries in July. And by September, iPhone 4 will be shipped in 88 countries.
